Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any application or service provided by CFT Labs. By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
CFT Labs provides mobile applications and related services. Our apps may include habit tracking tools, productivity apps, wellness and lifestyle applications, and other consumer software.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services (16 in the European Economic Area). If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Some apps offer premium features through one-time purchases or subscriptions.
Billing: Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through third-party stores.
Price changes: We may change prices at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
All content and functionality of our Services is owned by CFT Labs or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of content you create within our apps. By using our Services, you grant CFT Labs a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you.
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our Services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Our apps are personal productivity and wellbeing tools. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CFT LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, OR (B) NZD $10.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFT Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time. Active subscriptions must be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
